Solving Spaces with Paint

9566365_SSometimes, the easiest solution for brightening up a home or adding that new kind of flair is just a can of paint. Interior and Exterior painting truly can go a long way for changing the entirety of how you feel about spaces in your home. Even something as simple as some fresh paint and a new color on the walls in your kitchen can give you a whole new outlook on your home.

But it doesn’t have to just stop with paint on the walls. There are a number of solutions that paint can offer, and all it takes is thinking a bit more creatively when it comes to the design of your home. You can paint almost everything in your house, including adding a little blue paint to your cabinets to an otherwise gray or wooden kitchen could add that small touch you were looking for. Or you can move toward the more unique, such as painting only a mural on your ceiling, or just painting only the ceiling. Either one affords something that is unique to your home.

And this isn’t even getting into what you can do with the outside of your home. Adding accents along the paint on the exterior of your home can give it a new touch that could even make it so you don’t recognize your own home at first. Just don’t go too overboard with a crazy color, and don’t forget that as long as you avoid bright colors you should be fine to use any color you want on the outside of your house.

You may like pink or yellow, but unless you can find darker shades of those colors, just avoid them altogether, otherwise you will likely just end up with a bright eyesore that no one will want to see.

Regardless, if you own your home, then why not truly OWN your home with a new paint job.
